right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will

Paypal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to
cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may
fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Signings
Please read these terms and
conditions carefully. By completing payment for an order, you agree to the
following:
1. We are not responsible for any
damage or loss done during shipping to us, or back to you; please pack your
items carefully and securely. If it's valuable, pack it well. We try to re-use
your packaging when possible unless it's damaged. If your item requires
additional insurance, please let us know.
2. For all orders and items, we
will take great care and treat them as our own, however mishaps do happen. We
will do our best to accommodate requests for specific ink colour and
personalization’s where the guest allows, however we are not responsible for
the wrong colour/pen requested being used, any damage to your item during
shipping, handling, celebrity or pen mishaps, misspelled names, and/or signings.
3. We reserve the right to refuse
any item for any reason. All send in items require pre-approval from us. If you
send a non-approved item, it will be returned, and only the signing fee will be
refunded. Return shipping will not be refunded.
4. Your item must be mailed
in by the deadlines for the signings. If they arrive late, they will not be
signed. No exceptions.
5. Unfortunately, guests do
cancel their appearances. If this occurs and orders have been placed, we will
notify customers as soon as possible to prevent unnecessary shipping and all
fees will be refunded. If a consignment has already been posted to us, we will
liaise with the customer to organize return postage.
